The Blues Against Hunger Society have several programs to encourage food donations and promote the blues. Our programs are all for the purpose of raising food and a greater awareness of the problem of hunger in our communities, but also preserve and promote live blues music.
The Blues Against Hunger Society's Jamborees are weekly jam series that invite local and regional jammers along with special guest for food drive concert jams. The Jamborees currently take place each week in San Felipe, Rosarito Beach and Punta Banda, Baja California. Our goal is to expand into every community on the peninsula and throughout the United States.
The Blues Against Hunger Society's Annual Festival - The Baja Hunger Fest. A music festival featuring Baja and the regions best blues and jazz artists and bands. The event is the first Saturday in August in Rosarito Beach at K43 in Bobby's by the Sea.

This is a long term program of BAHS to bring the blues to schools in Baja, which includes instruments, lessons and education but also the opportunity to participate in BAHS Jamborees, festival and tours. This program is not yet started but we have the foundation to begin very soon.
