Blues against hunger society
Giving Hunger the Blues Since 2013

The Blues Against Hunger Society Annual Hunger Festival is a 2-day blues festival held the 1st Saturday of August; it is also International Blues Day. The festival features BAHS member bands, and special guests artists.

The BAHS Festival is a ticketed food drive. All concert attendees are required to make a non-perishable food donation in addition to purchasing a ticket. Tickets prices are doubled without food donation. All proceeds from the festival is used towards BAHS mission and within BAHS Bylaws.

The festival was closing out a year in Rosarito that raised 13,290 pounds of food during the summer Jamboree.

Thanks to our community partner Hearts of Baja, blues fans, and musicians we all make a huge positive impact on the children of the region.

The Blues Against Hunger Society (BAHS) began in San Felipe Baja California, Mexico in 2013. Since then it has grown to an international non-for-profit organization ending hunger with music. We now host weekly food drive Jamborees in multiple cities, in multiple countries.  We are feeding thousands and growing.

Whether a blues fan, music lover, or humanitarian, we invite you to join BAHS, and see how you can be a part of our movement.
