LOVE JAM APRIL KICK OFF - Check Calendar
Some journeys begin with a plan.
Ours began with a walk.
In 2012, Sweet and Sixx walked the length of the Baja Peninsula — from the northern border all the way to the arch at Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas. Mile by mile they discovered something unforgettable: Baja isn’t just a place you visit. It’s a place that changes you.
Two years later, making music became part of their lives, and it naturally followed the same road.
By 2015, that idea grew into something bigger — the first BAHS Musical Road Rally. Instead of walking, they began inviting others to come along for the ride, traveling the peninsula together with music, community, and adventure.
Over the years, they’ve traveled in every possible way: buses, vans, RV caravans, motorcycles, and caravans of friends following the highway south.
In 2017 and 2019, the journey grew even more when we invited additional bands to join us, turning the road itself into a traveling music festival down the Baja.
Today, the Love Jam Road Rally is a one-of-a-kind adventure that blends music, exploration, culture, and community.

Visit Lands End at Cabo San Lucas,
(and not in a cattle boat 😝)
The Baja Peninsula is one of the most spectacular road journeys in the world. During the rally we travel together down the peninsula, stopping along the way for concerts, exploration, and unforgettable experiences.
Each community welcomes us with music, and every stop becomes part of the story.
Along the journey we visit many of Baja’s most remarkable places:
• The historic Spanish missions of San Ignacio, Mulegé, Loreto, and San Javier
• Bahía Concepción, one of the most beautiful bays in the Sea of Cortez
• Bahía San Luis Gonzaga, where desert mountains meet turquoise water
• The famous Tropic of Cancer crossing
• Guerrero Negro’s massive salt refinery, the largest in the world
• Close encounters with gray whales in their natural lagoon nurseries
• The legendary arch at Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas
We also experience what Jacques Cousteau once called “The Aquarium of the World” — the incredible Bahía Concepción. Every mile/km reveals something new.
Kick off performance at Vista Hermosa Resort, Rosarito Beach, 2023

The Love Jam Road Rally is not just a road trip — it’s a traveling concert tour.
At each destination, Sweet Sixx and the Love Jam Band perform alongside local bands from each community, creating unique shows filled with regional flavor and shared energy.
Music becomes the thread that connects every town, every traveler, and every mile of the journey.
The Love Jam Road Rally is also a food drive for each community we visit.
Participants help support local families by bringing donations that go directly to community food programs and charities along the route.
Music brings people together — and together we can make a difference in every town we visit.
This isn’t a guided tour. It’s a shared adventure.
